Excela Health Names Michael Busch as COO

Greensburg, Penn.-based Excela Health has named Michael Busch executive vice president and COO, according to a Pittsburgh Business Times report.

Previously, Mr. Busch was vice president and chief strategy officer at Butler (Penn.) Health System. Prior to his work with Butler, Mr. Busch held leadership positions with West Penn Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh and Children’s Community Care, a group practice under UPMC.

Excela oversees three hospitals.
