Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, N.Y., has promoted Richard Margulis to COO and executive vice president, according to a Long Island Business News report.

Mr. Margulis previously served as COO and senior vice president of the hospital. He joined Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in 1986.
