1. Mr. Kolman most recently served as CEO of Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, La.
2. His prior experience includes serving as CFO and then CEO of Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington, Mo., and as a financial analyst for HCA Midwest Health.
3. Mr. Kolman succeeds David Williams, who is retiring.
4. Mr. Koman assumed his new role at Centerpoint Medical Center May 17.
