John Sernulka, CEO of Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, Md., has announced plans to retire, effective July 1.
Mr. Sernulka has served Carroll Hospital Center for 26 years.
Leslie Simmons, RN, president of the hospital, will take over CEO duties in addition to her president duties upon Mr. Sernulka's departure.
