The hospital is part of Caritas Christi Health Care, which is being sold for $830 million to Cerberus Capital Management, a New York private equity firm that plans to turn the six-hospital Catholic system into one of the few for-profit hospital organizations in Massachusetts.
Dr. O’Leary, who served four years as president, is being offered a position as chief of neuroradiology at Caritas Christi but has not decided yet. Ms. Puleo was most recently senior vice president of mission at Caritas Christi, overseeing pastoral care.
