Mr. Hearn is filling the position left open by Chuck Adams when he announced his resignation in September.
Mr. Hearn has served as vice chairman of Ty Cobb’s board of directors for the last eight years. He most recently served as CEO of LifeSprings in Franklin Springs, Ga. There will be a transition period where he will continue to serve as CEO of LifeSprings.
