California Hospital Names New CFO

Doctors Medical Center in San Pablo, Calif., has named Richard Reid as its new CFO, according to a report in the San Francisco Business Times.

Mr. Reid, who began in his new position July 23, will take over for Jim Boatman, the hospital’s controller who was serving as interim CFO and will continue in his controller role.

Mr. Reid has over 20 years of healthcare financial management experience, according to the report, and prior to coming to Doctors Medical Center, he served as CFO of St. Mary’s of Michigan Health Care in Saginaw, Mich.
