Mr. Anderson currently serves as the hospital’s interim CEO and was selected by the board to become the permanent CEO. The board voted in June to conduct a national search to fill the position but recently decided to forgo those plans.
Mr. Anderson previously served as president of Integrated Healthcare Holdings, which owns four hospitals in California.
