Watsonville (Calif.) Community Hospital appointed Tim Moran interim CEO, effective July 11.
Mr. Moran will succeed Stephen Gray, who announced his resignation earlier in June, according to a June 25 hospital news release shared with Becker’s. Mr. Gray’s last day is July 10, and Mr. Moran will serve as interim CEO for the next six months while the Pajaro Valley Health Care District Board searches for a permanent CEO.
Mr. Moran previously served as interim CEO of Watsonville Community Hospital from December 2011 to March 2012. Most recently, he was CEO of Chino (Calif.) Valley Medical Center, a 116-bed acute care hospital. He also previously served as CEO of the 397-bed Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, Calif., the release said.
Watsonville Community Hospital is a 106-bed acute care facility.
