Dr. Michael Gustafson Named COO of Faulkner Hospital in Boston

Michael Gustafson, MD, has been appointed to lead Boston’s Faulkner Hospital as COO, effective July 18, according to a hospital news release.

In his role as COO, Dr. Gustafson will oversee hospital operations and implementation of the strategic planning. He most recently served as senior vice president for clinical excellence at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Faulkner Hospital, a role he has maintained since May 2004.
