Bradford Regional Medical Center COO moves to Cortland Medical Center

Bradford (Pa.) Regional Medical Center COO David Kobis has announced he will resign Dec. 12 to become senior vice president and COO of Cortland (N.Y.) Medical Center, according to a recent article in The Bradford Era.

Mr. Kobis has served as COO of BRMC for five years. Timothy J. Finan, president and CEO of BRMC and Olean, N.Y.-based Upper Allegheny Health System, along with Garret Hoover, COO at Olean General Hospital, will handle the COO duties at BRMC.
