Boston Children’s Hospital has named Lisa Morella senior director of revenue cycle performance and transformation, according to an Oct. 30 post on her LinkedIn page.
Ms. Morella has served as a principal at Lubo Consulting since September 2025, advising enterprises, tech companies and private equity firms on enterprise analytics strategy, governance and AI readiness.
She previously served as senior vice president of data and analytics at CodaMetrix. She also previously served as senior director of analytic enablement and data governance at Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham.
“I have spent much of my career helping healthcare organizations use data, analytics, and technology to improve performance, and I am looking forward to continuing that work at an organization whose mission is so meaningful,” she said in her post.
