2. He has previous experience serving as CEO of Knoxville, Tenn.-based Tennova Healthcare and CEO of Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas.
3. He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
4. Mr. Caldwell succeeds Craig McCoy, who announced his decision to leave the role last week.
