Bolivar Medical Center CEO to Become Mercy Regional Medical Center CEO

Scott Smith, CEO of Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, Miss., is leaving his position to become CEO of Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte, La., and its Eunice, La., campus Acadian Medical Center, according to a report by The Bolivar Commercial.

Before serving as CEO of Bolivar Medical Center, Mr. Smith was CEO of Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He has also been CEO of Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City, La., and River West Medical Center in Plaquemine, La.
