The board of directors at Sharon (Penn.) Regional Health System requested and received the resignation of its president and CEO, John Zidansek, according to a Business Journal report.
John R. “Jack” Janoso has been promoted from the system’s vice president to COO and acting president. A search committee is being formed to select the Mr. Zidansek’s permanent successor.
There is no further detail on why the board asked Mr. Zidansek to step down. The announcement released only thanked him for 23 years of service and wished him well, according to the report.
