Ms. Formella most recently served as executive advisor to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock boards of trustees in Lebanon, N.H. She is a previous president of Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital and co-president of Dartmouth-Hitchcock, both in Lebanon.
