Mr. Kiser, who is COO of the 541-bed facility, will begin his new dual role Dec. 8.
“For the past six years, Harrison has been a driving force behind operations at Ascension St. Thomas Hospital West,” Shubhada Jagasia, MD, president and CEO of Ascension St. Thomas Hospital, which includes both the midtown and West campuses, said in the release.
“Under his leadership, our West campus has seen strategic investments and program enhancements that have positioned us as a leader in high-acuity services across middle Tennessee.”
Mr. Kiser has served as COO of Ascension St. Thomas Hospital West since 2018.
He also served as vice president of the cardiovascular service line for Ascension St. Thomas, the 16-hospital parent system for Ascension St. Thomas Hospital West, according to the release.
Ascension St. Thomas is part of St. Louis-based Ascension.
