Alameda Health System names population health strategy leader: 4 takeaways

Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System hired Tangerine Brigham as chief administrative officer, population health.

1. Most recently, Ms. Brigham served as the deputy director of managed care services for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.

2. She has also previously worked at the San Francisco Department of Public Health, The San Francisco Foundation and L.A. Health Care Plan.
