3. Ashley McClellan was appointed permanent CEO of HCA North Texas’ Medical Center of Lewisville (Texas).
4. The recent affiliation agreement between Elkhart (Ind.) General Hospital and South Bend, Ind.-based Memorial Health System led to the appointment of two new presidents. Memorial Health System COO Kreg Gruber was promoted to president of Memorial Health, and Greg Losasso, Elkhart General’s vice president of operations, was named president of that organization.
5. Robert A. Frank was appointed CFO of Weirton (W. Va.) Medical Center, effective Jan. 3.
