1. Nathan Scott Robins, MD, was named CMO of Irving-based HCA’s North Texas Division effective March 1.

2. Theron Park was named CEO of Providence Portland (Ore.) Medical Center effective April 11.

3. Jay Finnegan resigned as CEO from Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Davenport, Fla., on Wednesday for undisclosed reasons.

4. Elizabeth Lemons was named COO of Murfreesboro-based Middle Tennessee Medical Center.

5. Frederick A. Kaempffe, MD, FAAOS, FACS, was named CMO of Auburn (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital.

6. David Bertauski, CEO of Urbana, Ill.-based Provena Covenant Medical Center, retired and will be replaced by Mike Brown, who will also oversee Danville, Ill,-based Provena United Samaritans Medical Center.

7. John Clements, CAP, FHFMA, was named vice president and CFO of Oxford, Ohio-based McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital effective April 18.

8. Larry E. Moore was named CFO of Crossville, Tenn.-based Cumberland Medical Center.

9. Michael J. Duncan was named president and CEO of West Chester, Pa.-based Chester County Hospital and Health System effective May 2.

10. Jay O. Light and Geoffrey G. Meyers were named to the board of directors of HCA effective March 9.

11. Richard Tumlin was named COO of Nashville, Tenn.-based Southern Hills Medical Center, a member of HCA’s TriStar Health System.

12. Anne Klawiter will retire as CEO from Platteville, Wis.-based Southwest Health Center at the end of April.

13. Darlene Stromstad was named president and CEO of Waterbury (Conn.) Hospital effective early July.

14. Steve Schultz, CEO of Lexington (N.C.) Memorial Hospital, is resigning effective May 1.

15. Michael Makosky was named CEO of Grants, N.M.-based Cibola General Hospital.
