1. University of Missouri Health System, parent of University of Missouri Health Care, announced the retirement of MU Health Care’s CEO Jim Ross.
2. Robert Ramey was named the new CEO of Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, Ky.
3. Sumner Regional Medical Center, in Wellington, Kan., named Leonard Hernandez its new CEO and president.
4. The Ventura County Health Care Agency in California named two new administrators. Paul Lorenz will be the number two administrator for the system. Cyndie Cole will fill Mr. Lorenz’s former position as lead administrator of the health system’s two hospitals: Ventura (Calif.) County Medical Center and Santa Paula (Calif.) Hospital.
5. Cushing Memorial Hospital in Leavenworth, Kan., part of the Saint Luke’s Health System, named Adele Ducharme its new interim CEO.
6. Hackensack University Medical Center at Pascack Valley in Westwood, N.J., named two new officers. Anthony Esposito will take over as CFO, and Laura Cima will be the new CNO.
7. St. Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park, Kan., named Jani L. Johnson as its new president and CEO.
8. Palm Drive (Calif.) Health Care District selected Tom Harlan as the new CEO of Palm Drive Hospital in Sebastopol, Calif.
9. Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Miss., announced that Don Hutson stepped down as hospital administrator.
10. Sacred Heart Health System in Pensacola, Fla., named Henry Stovall as president of Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
11. St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, N.H., announced that David Ross is leaving his post as president and CEO.
12. Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, Alaska, named Ken Brough as its new CFO.
13. Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J., named Brian Reilly as senior vice president of finance and CFO.
