4. Doug Arnold was offered the position of CEO at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Ala.
5. Randy Safady was named executive vice president and CFO of Irving, Texas-based CHRISTUS Health, effective no later than June 15.
6. Terri T. Newsom was named CFO of Greenville (S.C.) Hospital System University Medical Center.
7. Michael S. Herman was named COO of Gallatin, Tenn.-based HighPoint Health System.
8. Janie Sinacore-Jaberg resigned as CEO of East Cooper Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, after less than three years.
9. Ned Borgstrom was named interim CEO of El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Calif., effective July 1.
10. David Olson, president of Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Ozaukee in Mequon, Wis., part of Milwaukee-based Columbia St. Mary’s, was laid off along with several other senior leaders.
