2. UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas announced John Warner as the new chief executive officer of its hospitals, effective Feb. 1.
3. Indiana University Health Morgan Hospital in Martinsville, Ind., appointed Doug Puckett to CEO.
4. Adrienne Kirby joined Cooper University Health in Camden, N.J., as COO beginning Jan. 23.
5. Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., accepted Doug Edgeton’s, MBA, MPH, resignation as chief operating officer and executive vice president.
6. Porter Health System, based in Valparaiso, Ind., appointed Brian Sinotte COO.
7. Max Long CEO of Walter Knox Memorial Hospital in Emmett, Idaho, announced his impending retirement.
