3. Indiana University Health Morgan Hospital in Martinsville, Ind., appointed Doug Puckett to CEO.
4. Adrienne Kirby joined Cooper University Health in Camden, N.J., as COO beginning Jan. 23.
5. Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., accepted Doug Edgeton’s, MBA, MPH, resignation as chief operating officer and executive vice president.

7. Max Long CEO of Walter Knox Memorial Hospital in Emmett, Idaho, announced his impending retirement.
