Moody’s Investors Service affirmed Citrus Valley’s “Ba2” bond rating in October. The rating reflects a strengthening balance sheet, revenue cycle improvements and a material increase in unrestricted liquidity from the state provider fee program. Moody’s also revised the system’s outlook to positive from stable.
Before joining Citrus Valley, Roger served as senior vice president of financial operations for City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, Calif. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and leadership.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif.
