Three things to know:
1. Healthcare organizations can use the platform, called Nexmo, to connect with patients in real-time using video, text messaging or voice technology.
2. Nexmo’s APIs are designed to integrate directly with healthcare organizations’ IT systems. The APIs offer support for two-factor authentication technology as well as telehealth services.
3. The platform’s telehealth capabilities include mental health consultations, preoperative remote visits and postoperative home monitoring.
