UPMC invests in mobile population health solutions company Vivify Health

Vivify Health, a mobile population health solutions company, is used by more than 500 hospitals and payers across the country. Now, Pittsburgh-based UPMC has formed a new partnership with the company.

Through the partnership, UPMC will be a Vivify Health customer and investor. Vivify Health’s solutions include virtual care visits, patient communication, remote monitoring and more.

“After an extensive evaluation of a number of companies, Vivify Health clearly stood out to us as the one best aligned to deliver patient-centered remote care across UPMC’s integrated payer/provider system,” said Tal Heppenstall, president of UPMC Enterprises.
