Through the partnership, UCL and Cerner will work to prepare for and improve the “future healthcare workforce.” The two organizations will also ensure current healthcare providers have better ways to care for patients.

This is not the first time Cerner has worked with UCL, a network of researchers, projects and research centers interested in using technology to improve population health.

“UCL has a longstanding relationship with Cerner, in both research and teaching, and this is a great opportunity to build on past collaborations to deliver future research that makes a real difference in practice,” said UCL Director Ann Blandford, PhD.
