In February, Healthcare Intelligence Network surveyed 150 healthcare organizations about the areas they felt were most improved through the use of mHealth technologies.
The top five areas include:
1. Patient satisfaction (13.7 percent)
2. Disease management (11.8 percent)
3. Prevention (9.8 percent)
4. Compliance (9.8 percent)
5. Data analysis (7.8 percent)
Of note, 20 percent of respondents did not see improvements in any area following the use of mobile health technology.
