Virtual Visit is designed so patients can use a smartphone, tablet or computer to communicate directly with their provider. Within one hour, the patient receives a diagnosis, personalized treatment plan and prescription routed to a pharmacy. Patients can choose to have their follow-up care instructions sent by text message or email.

Summa Health Virtual Visit aims to treat common, non-acute medical conditions, including colds, flu, female urinary tract infection, skin conditions and conjunctivitis.
