Students can download the META app and select a counselor with whom they can video chat, text or voice message. The students have the option to immediately speak to a licensed counselor or to use the app to schedule an appointment, according to an Sept. 21 Odessa College news release.
The college will cover the cost of a limited number of telehealth sessions.
