The initiative is part of a broader effort to modernize care delivery, with plans for further expansion in 2025, according to a Jan. 29 news release.
Through this integration, virtual nurses will assist bedside teams by handling routine tasks such as admission assessments and discharge education. The telehealth solutions will also integrate with Johns Hopkins’ Epic EHR system, streamlining virtual visit workflows for clinical staff.
