Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health is partnering with Aidoc, a clinical artificial intelligence company.
Aidoc’s real-time AI operating system will be deployed across Sutter Health’s system, which operates 24 acute care hospitals and more than 200 care sites across California.
Aidoc’s technology aims to provide patients with earlier identification of clinical findings and enable faster intervention and care, according to a June 24 news release from the health system.
“Aidoc’s platform helps us identify and triage critical conditions like stroke more quickly and reduces the risk of missed diagnoses. It allows us to put advanced AI tools in the hands of our physicians to enhance patient care across our entire system,” Jason Wiesner, MD, chair of the imaging service line at Sutter Health, said in the release.
