KLAS interviewed more than 500 healthcare professionals about their experience with various EMR systems. Notably, the community hospitals’ confidence levels in achieving meaningful use varied by product lines: Hospitals that have implemented McKesson and MEDITECH reported the highest level of confidence. Though non-certified EMR products appear to be most at risk of abandonment, providers appear to doubt some certified products as well.
