Over 6,000 patients at Santa Rosa (Calif.) Memorial Hospital; 4,000 patients at Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa, Calif.; patients at Petaluma (Calif.) Valley Hospitals and patients from three other St. Joseph hospitals in California were affected.
The information breached included patient names, lab results, list of diagnoses, and demographic information such as gender and birth date. The data did not include Social Security numbers, patient addresses or financial data such as credit card numbers.
