Computer-Rx Founder Roger Warkentine will remain an advisor to the combined business, and Lauren Warkentine, current COO of Computer-Rx, will become president of Computer-Rx, according to a news release. No changes are slated for the rest of the Computer-Rx and Rx30 leadership teams.
Each platform will remain independent, while “investing in improving its offerings and leveraging the combined experience and innovations of both companies,” the release states.
