The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved the $53 million system in June 2015.
The EHR will primarily link Riverside University Health with Loma Linda (Calif.) University Health, but will also connect the health system with other RUHS sites such as MorenoValley (Calif.) MedicalCenter over the next several months, according to the report.
