Regional Medical Center at Memphis Announces Possible Data Breach

The Regional Medical Center at Memphis (Tenn.) issued a public notice saying it has discovered three emails were sent out that included the personal information of some outpatient physical therapy patients who received services between May 1, 2012, and Jan. 31, 2013.

The emails were sent out between October 2012 and February 2013 and included patient names, account numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and home phone numbers.
