Pepsi Offers Telehealth to Employees, Sees 400% ROI

Teledoc, a large national telehealth provider, and Pepsi Bottling Ventures have announced PBV's achievement of a 400 percent return on investment over a 12-month period by offering telehealth services to employees.

PBV has 2,300 employees in five states. Adding telehealth services to employees' benefit packages resulted in 389 avoided trips to an emergency department or urgent care center, resulting in savings of more than $200,000, or a 400 percent ROI.
