Partners HealthCare Launches At-Home Health Technology Platform

The Center for Connected Health, part of Boston-based Partners HealthCare, has launched a health technology platform that allows patient data collected at home to be transferred electronically to a hospital’s medical records system.

“By linking the Center’s remote monitoring database to the Partners medical record system, we are taking an important step towards continuous chronic disease management,” said James Noga, vice president and CIO of Partners HealthCare, in a news release.
