The HIE, which is connected to all hospitals and more than 500 ambulatory care sites in Maine, contains 98 percent of all state residents’ clinical information. With the Orion Health population health applications, HealthInfoNet hopes to bring healthcare providers timely delivery of patient information.

HealthInfoNet also plans to deploy Orion Health’s precision medicine platform, called Amadeus. This platform uses a scalable database to capture and align patient information from multiple providers and payers.
