KLAS: Optimum Healthcare IT ranks No. 1 consulting firm for IT implementation, go-live support

Optimum Healthcare IT ranks as the overall highest-performing IT consulting firm, according to a KLAS Research report.

For the report, titled “Implementation Services 2017,” KLAS Research surveyed 660 organizations about the firms they used to implement a range of products. KLAS Research ranked six popular consulting firms based on four services: enterprise implementation leadership; support and staffing; go-live support; and business solutions implementation.

Here’s how the six firms ranked when considering their overall breadth and depth of services. The firms were scored on a scale of zero to 100.

1. Optimum Healthcare IT: 95.6

2. Santa Rosa Consulting: 89.3

3. Leidos Health: 89.1

4. Encore Consulting: 87.5

5. Deloitte: 85.4

6. Cerner: 79.9
