Via Christi Research and Via Christi Clinic Research will combine, effective Oct. 1. The merger is intended to give researchers at Via Christi Clinic greater access to inpatient trials and research, according to the report.
Following the merger, the group will expend its 12 current research areas to 16 — adding pulmonology, rheumatology, ophthalmology and endocrinology, according to the report.
