TribeHealth partners with Engooden for chronic disease care

Care management company TribeHealth is partnering with chronic disease management company Engooden Health.

TribeHealth will now offer Engooden’s chronic disease management portfolio to their partners. Engooden’s personalized chronic disease care management platform has an 88 percent retention rate with patients, according to an Aug. 25 TribeHealth news release.
