Under the partnership, Sunrise will transition to the eClinicalWorks Cloud with the aim of accessing patient information quicker, streamlining the documentation process and reducing costs, according to a Feb. 16 release from eClinicalWorks.
“For starters, being cloud-based, we don’t have to bear the expenses of maintaining and upgrading servers and employing our own IT staff to maintain all that infrastructure,” said Darlene Francisco, family nurse practitioner at Sunrise Mountain Family Medical Clinic.
Sunrise Mountain Family Clinic, located in eastern Las Vegas, is a family practice with two providers.
