Questco partners with mental health treatment company to combat employee burnout

Human resources company Questco is partnering with employee assistance program company Espyr to help small businesses retain employees and combat burnout.

Espyr will offer Questco clients counseling and other mental health treatment resources. The Aug. 29 Espyr news release cites the “Great Resignation” and changes within the labor market as a reason for the partnership.
