The competition attracted more than 39,000 entries worldwide in its two-year run. The contestants were challenged to create a breakthrough algorithm that could predict how many days a patient would spend in the hospital.
The winner of the competition will be announced at Health Datapalooza Forum in Washington in June 2013.
