45% of Americans find AI in healthcare trustworthy

Despite the rise of health systems using AI, a November 2022 survey from healthcare.com found that only 45 percent of Americans find AI in healthcare somewhat or very trustworthy.

According to the survey, 69 percent of Americans have not experienced medical treatment that uses AI. Just 15 percent of Americans found AI in healthcare to be somewhat or very untrustworthy. 

The results of the survey were based on a sample of 1,039 adults.
