1st all-electric life sciences development in California secures $310M

Avia Labs has secured a $310 million loan for the construction of the first all-electric life sciences development in California, connectcre.com reported March 7.

The 315,000-square-foot campus in Millbrae, Calif., will target LEED Gold and Fitwel building certifications. JLL Capital Markets facilitated the construction loan.

The six-story building will include a fitness center, cafe, underground parking and conference space.
