The Indiana Health Information Exchange, a nonprofit organization that operates the nation’s largest health information exchange, has selected Indianapolis-based Clinical Architecture’s Symedical software for enhanced terminology management and improved interoperability.
The IHIE will use Symedical for central control of terminology and advanced mapping to drive improvements in interoperability across its exchange network. The IHIE facilitates data exchange among more than 100 Indiana hospitals.
