IBM opens 4 more cloud data centers

IBM launched four new cloud data centers: two in Dallas and two in Washington, D.C.

The four facilities bring IBM’s cloud data center count to 55 across the globe, spanning 19 countries and six continents. IBM has a total of 22 data centers in the United States.

IBM’s cloud infrastructure supports data-heavy projects like blockchain, Internet of Things and quantum computing services, according to the company.
